Dude your site is so weak, why isn't it pretty?
Well little friend several reasons.  1. I suck at web design, I sell the sites YOU build them.  2. It is somewhat astheticly pleasing.  3. It is showing that dude seriously you are paying like $10 per year, what do you expect, your site can be as pretty as you want.

How soon will my account be activated?
Your account will be set up within 1 day (usually quicker) and all account details will be sent to you.

Why does this take so long?
Well it probably won't but we currently manually set up all sites to be sure everything works properly before you get to the site and get frustrated.  We think that this extra bit of care makes our service more personal. (aka I can't afford the magic software that does it automaticly.)

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
YES - We offer a money back guarantee.  You can evaluate our services for 10 days if you are not satisfied you will get your money back. (NOTE: There is no money back guarantee on domain name purchases)  But I will cry if you don't like it... so like me please.

Will you advertise on my website?
We offer premium hosting and will never advertise on your website. Hosting companys that advertise on your website are often cheap, but provide very low quality service. Websites using this kind of service look very unprofessional and have very slow bandwidth connections.

Do your servers have battery backups and generators?
All our servers are protected by not only UPS (Battery Backup) but auto start generators as well.  You can be sure that our servers will not go down due to a simple power outage.  We cannot guarantee your website will stay up through alien invasion though, they are very mean and I am a big wuss.

What kind of servers do you use?
We utilize dual xeon 2.4ghz servers with hyperthreading technology (making 4 cpus). Each server is outfitted with at least 1000-2000 MB of RAM and high performance 10,000 RPM SCSI hard drives. With 9.6ghz of processing power, your website will run at lighting fast speeds.

Do you maintain website backups?
We maintain full computer backups of our servers, this includes all data and accounts.  This however is only used in the event of hardware failure.  You should keep your own backups in case of human error (i.e. deleting the wrong files).  But dude think about it... BACK UP YOUR STUFF ANYWAY, can you really trust a guy selling you a site for $10 bucks. (Yes you can, but that's not the point.. I'm lazy and it could take a while to restore your stuff, but if you do it you are in control, I know you are a control freak.)

Can I upgrade my plan at a later date?
We offer the flexibility of allowing clients to upgrade plans at anytime. You can also purchase additional bandwidth, disk space, e-mail addresses, or MySql databases. This way, your account can meet the demands of your website, as it expands and or increases traffic.

What price will I pay next year?
Our price is highly unlikely to increase.  In the event that our costs do increase we will give at least 6 months notice.

Do I have to register my domain with you?
NO, we do offer this as a service though.  You can register your name with anyone you choose.  Actually I prefer you buy your domain from someone else, I don't want that pressure.

Can you host international domains?
We can host any domain, of any country. Thats right, we can host any and all domain names. Yes, this includes domains with any and all TLD's. If you do not know what a TLD is, an example would be the ".com" or ".net" part of a domain name. There's not a domain that we can't host!  Well not porn or bad stuff, so be good Santa is watching.

Can I use my own CGI and PHP scripts?
While we do provide many pre-installed scripts, you can still upload any of your own scripts. You can purchase scripts from many online developers or write your own. Regardless, you can upload any scripts that you may own. However, most popular scripts are pre-installed!

I already have a domain name, what do I do?
Just sign up, we will give you information on pointing the name to your new service.
